I’m Baylea, a Mississippi-based stylist offering an exclusive experience for women seeking custom extensions that enhance their natural beauty while protecting the health of their own hair. With over six years behind the chair and a Master Certification through EasiHair Pro extension methods, I’ve built my reputation on intentional, low-tension installations designed to restore volume, support hair growth, and maintain the integrity of each client’s scalp and strands. For the past five years, my work has been centered around extensions—offering transformations that not only look effortless, but feel true to you and fit beautifully into your everyday life.

While I began my professional journey at Paul Mitchell in Houston, Texas, it wasn’t until I returned home to Mississippi that I discovered the transformative power of permanent extensions. Since then, I’ve not only seen but personally experienced the damage that poor extension practices can cause. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to raise the standard: offering methods that are gentle, ethical, and entirely customized to your lifestyle and hair needs.

Today, I serve clients in two beautiful locations. In Madison, I work alongside the talented team at Refinery Salon in a collaborative, high-vibe environment. In Ocean Springs, I welcome guests into my private salon suite—a warm, relaxed space created to be whatever you need it to be: restful, uplifting, empowering. My goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, seen, and more you than ever.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me with my fiancé, Ryan, and our two sweet pups, Mack and Miley. I treasure slow mornings, espresso martinis with friends, time spent with our families, and soaking in all the small-town charm that Ocean Springs has to offer. At the core of my life and my work is faith. My hope is to reflect His love and light wherever I go.
