I’m Baylea, a Mississippi-based stylist offering an exclusive experience for women seeking custom extensions that enhance their natural beauty while protecting the health of their own hair. With over six years behind the chair and a Master Certification through EasiHair Pro extension methods, I’ve built my reputation on intentional, low-tension installations designed to restore volume, support hair growth, and maintain the integrity of each client’s scalp and strands. For the past five years, my work has been centered around extensions—offering transformations that not only look effortless, but feel true to you and fit beautifully into your everyday life.
While I began my professional journey at Paul Mitchell in Houston, Texas, it wasn’t until I returned home to Mississippi that I discovered the transformative power of permanent extensions. Since then, I’ve not only seen but personally experienced the damage that poor extension practices can cause. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to raise the standard: offering methods that are gentle, ethical, and entirely customized to your lifestyle and hair needs.
Today, I serve clients in two beautiful locations. In Madison, I work alongside the talented team at Refinery Salon in a collaborative, high-vibe environment. In Ocean Springs, I welcome guests into my private salon suite—a warm, relaxed space created to be whatever you need it to be: restful, uplifting, empowering. My goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, seen, and more you than ever.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me with my fiancé, Ryan, and our two sweet pups, Mack and Miley. I treasure slow mornings, espresso martinis with friends, time spent with our families, and soaking in all the small-town charm that Ocean Springs has to offer. At the core of my life and my work is faith. My hope is to reflect His love and light wherever I go.

It’s a strange and sacred thing to stand at the edge of one decade while stepping fully into another. I’ve felt so many emotions leading up to this birthday, but more than anything, I feel gratitude.
Gratitude for the years that shaped me, for the grace that held me and for the God who never let go.
I’ve always known Him. I’ve always believed in Him. I’ve cried out in the quiet, thanked Him in the chaos, whispered prayers when no one else was listening.
But I didn’t always choose Him.
And there were days, long stretches even, when I forgot about Him entirely. When I searched for peace in all the wrong places. When I clung to things that only left me emptier. When I tried to carry everything on my own.
But even then… He stayed.
He was steady when I was scattered. He was near when I was numb. He didn’t turn away. He waited. Not for perfection, but for surrender.
My twenties were a decade of becoming. Of striving and self-protecting. Of anger and ache and trying to be everything for everyone while silently breaking. I was guarded. I was selfish. I was aching to be loved and considered. But even in the forgetting, He never forgot me.
Every heartbreak, every betrayal, every disappointment, every miracle and mistake, He used it. Nothing was wasted. He took the mess and made it holy. He laid the foundation of a testimony that began long before I had the words to share it.
I’ve learned what peace really is and how to protect it. I’ve learned grace isn’t passive, it’s practiced. I’ve learned pruning is mercy, not punishment. I’ve learned the true meaning of guarding your heart. I’ve learned to love solitude, to embrace stillness, to give myself grace. And to love the version of me He’s shaping — healed, healing, and still becoming.
Turning thirty wasn’t just a celebration. It was a release. A deep thank you. A quiet vow. This decade belongs to Him.
