Hey there! I’m Baylea—just think of it as “Bayleaf” without the “F,” and you’ve got it! I’m a 29-year-old hairstylist with over 5 years of experience, specializing in natural hair enhancements like lived-in blonde and custom extensions. As a Master Certified stylist with EasiHair Pro for over 4 years, I offer a range of extension options tailored to your unique needs, always prioritizing top-quality results and installations performed with integrity to protect the health of your natural hair.
I honed my skills at Paul Mitchell in Houston, Texas, before returning to my roots in Mississippi in 2020. Today, I am proud to offer my expertise at two incredible locations. In Madison, I work alongside the talented team at Refinery Salon, creating custom hair transformations in a collaborative and vibrant environment. In Ocean Springs, I own and operate a luxury salon suite, where I combine hair restoration and custom extensions with an elevated, personalized experience. No matter which location you choose, my mission is the same: to provide exceptional service that enhances confidence and celebrates individuality.
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m making memories with my fiancé, Ryan, and our two adorable fur babies, Mack and Miley. I love slow mornings, savoring espresso martinis with friends, spending quality time with our families and exploring the charm of Ocean Springs. My goal in life is to spread His love and heart wherever I may go.

Grateful for Him shining His light into the dark corners of my heart. Grateful for His healing.
