A deposit is required to book an appointment but don't worry! Your deposit is credited towards your total service cost on the day of your appointment!
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will carry over as long as it is done within the cancellation window. All appointments canceled without rescheduling, will forfeit their deposit.

Clients can reschedule their appointments at no additional charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.
All appointments canceled within 48 hours of their scheduled time are required to pay 50% of their total service cost and will be unable to reschedule until payment is resolved.
Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment window will be charged 100% of the booked service cost and will be unable to reschedule until payment is resolved.
No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost and will be unable to reschedule until payment is resolved.
